All commissions are negotiable.

No fixed rate, no fine print. Terms are agreed in writing before any work starts, and you will always know what you are paying and why.

The short version

Compensation is discussed openly, agreed in writing, and paid at closing.

Every transaction is different — price point, timeline, and scope of work all matter. Rather than publish a number that would not apply to your situation, Manjiri walks through the options with you first.

How is the commission set?

All commissions are negotiable. There is no standard or fixed rate — the amount is agreed in writing between you and Manjiri before any work begins.

When is it paid?

Real estate compensation is typically paid at closing out of the sale proceeds, not up front.

What does a buyer pay?

Buyer representation terms are agreed in writing at the start. Manjiri will walk through the options and what each one means for your closing costs before you sign anything.

Are there other costs?

Beyond compensation there are third-party costs — inspections, appraisal, title, lender fees, taxes. Manjiri provides an estimate early so nothing is a surprise.

Commission rates are set by agreement between client and broker and are not fixed by law or by any association.
